• Own the technology roadmap for a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform running across twelve cloud providers, with self-service onboarding and usage-based billing.
• Cut tenant provisioning from 8–10 minutes to about 50 seconds with shared hosted control planes (Kamaji) and a Go provisioning engine, and per-tenant infrastructure cost by an order of magnitude.
• Introduced production, staging and demo environments with change-detection deploys: release cycles from days to minutes, with zero-downtime deployments.
• Built end-to-end lifecycle testing against live environments that caught 15 product issues and a cross-tenant data-isolation vulnerability before launch.
• Delivered AI/ML add-ons (Kubeflow, GPU inference serving, serverless functions) as self-service marketplace offerings.
• Fractional CTO to four companies: healthcare SOC 2 readiness (22 pentest findings remediated), an AI knowledge assistant for a ~1,300-person travel company, manufacturing GDPR remediation, and media AWS/EKS operations with GPU nodes.

Platform engineering on a communications platform (CPaaS) handling 10B+ messages a year.

• Led the migration of ~40 applications and ~20 database servers from AWS EKS to OCI OKE across ~10 teams, on schedule with zero customer-facing downtime.
• Cut cloud spend by $15–20K a month (10–15%) across AWS and OCI while improving reliability.
• Re-architected messaging infrastructure (~30M messages a day) to run across AWS and OCI, removing single-provider risk.
• Ran ~300 Kubernetes nodes across Rancher, EKS and OKE, and the shared Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra and RabbitMQ behind every product line.
• Wrote the reusable Terraform modules adopted across engineering, and the Helm charts that let the product deploy to AWS, Oracle and telco hybrid clouds without re-engineering.

• Founded and led the Cloud Center of Excellence, which set cloud governance, standards and cost management across client engagements on AWS and Azure.
• Designed HIPAA/HITECH and PCI DSS compliant architectures for healthcare and financial services clients.
• Moved client applications from monoliths to microservices on AWS (ECS, Lambda, Aurora).
